After-sale services are unique to each engagement. Some clients need everything removed and the property cleaned and ready to list as soon as possible. We can hire and supervise contractors on your behalf. You may wish to offer the remaining items to charities for tax advantages, recognizing that for the most part charities no longer pick up donations. Or you can ask us to invite bids from individuals who offer to buy everything at a fixed price. Once your needs are understood, we will be pleased to quote you a price for the services you need.
